Cancellation Policy

If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged further.
If you cancel after the trial period, your subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 7 days of your subscription start date. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of CAI IQTest. Refunds will only be issued for payments made within the last 30 days.
Refund requests can be made if you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using our service and that cannot be resolved by our support team. Proof of the issue may be required.
Refund requests due to issues beyond CAI IQTest's control (e.g., changes in personal circumstances, third-party hardware or software failures, etc.) will not be honored.

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
